This tool will take the .h5p file you upload and pack it into a new zip file which you can use to deliver the package from a static web site. Why H5P don’t offer this themselves a mystery.

Takes a Rise package and repacks the course data with locally downloaded versions of all external assets matching the URL. Add custom CSS. Upload files to the assets folder. Utility stuff.
